OperationToofan 2.0

As part of the state-level inauguration of the second phase of “Operation Thoofan” (Thoofan Thaddesham / Thoofan 2.0), the programme was conducted at Kadangode Grama Panchayat on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
The Panchayat President, Adv. K. M. Noushad, hoisted the Thoofan Flag. The Panchayat Secretary, Smt. Deepa M. K., delivered the welcome address. The Vice President, Smt. Anila Joseph, presided over the function. The Panchayat President, Adv. K. M. Noushad, formally inaugurated the programme.
As part of Operation Thoofan 2.0, the President administered the Thoofan Pledge, which was repeated by all the participants.
Erumpetty ASI, Shri Jijesh George, shared his firsthand experiences from his service and spoke about Operation Thoofan and its objectives.
This was followed by the distribution of badges to the Thoofan Warriors. A live streaming of the Operation Thoofan 2.0 programme was also arranged at the Panchayat Community Hall.
The programme was successfully completed with the participation of various Panchayat Standing Committee Chairpersons, elected members, employees, public representatives, Kudumbashree members, Haritha Karma Sena members, and members of the general public.
